Proposal Manager - Renewable Energy Projects

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Proposal Manager to lead the development and submission of winning bids for renewable energy projects. This role is crucial for driving the growth of our renewable energy business by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and managing the end-to-end bidding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals for solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects.
• Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs to understand project requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and operations to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
• Develop project cost estimates, pricing strategies, and financial models in conjunction with the finance team.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with all client requirements and company policies.
• Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely submission.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and identify areas for improvement in the bidding process.
• Maintain a database of past proposals, templates, and relevant project information.
