Proposal Manager - Urban Mobility Solutions

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate the development of winning bids and proposals for urban mobility projects in India. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop compelling proposals, and ensure timely submission for tenders and auctions related to public transport solutions, including electric buses and smart mobility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from RFP analysis to final submission.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, legal, and operations teams to gather necessary information and develop compliant and competitive proposals.
• Analyze tender documents, understand technical specifications, and ensure proposals meet all client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Develop compelling narrative and value propositions for proposals, highlighting Tata Motors' strengths in urban transport solutions.
• Manage proposal timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality submissions.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and identify areas for improvement in future proposals.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and past proposals.
