Psychiatrist

Role Summary:
Ola Electric is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our Health and Wellness team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the mental well-being of our employees, particularly those working in the demanding and fast-paced urban transport sector. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, ensuring a healthy and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for employees experiencing mental health challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy and medication management, as appropriate.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals and groups to address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and promote mental health awareness programs and initiatives.
- Educate employees and management on mental health topics and strategies for maintaining well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatric research and treatment modalities.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to employee mental health.
