Psychiatrist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our corporate wellness team. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing mental health support and services to our employees, fostering a healthy and productive work environment within the consumer electronics and appliances industry. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for employees experiencing mental health concerns.
- Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, stress-related illnesses, and burnout.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to employees in acute distress.
- Offer consultation and support to HR and management on mental health-related issues and employee well-being programs.
- Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on mental health topics relevant to the workplace.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and external mental health services when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatric care and workplace mental health.
