Role Summary: Larsen & Toubro is seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our corporate health and wellness team. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to our employees, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions. This role is crucial in supporting the well-being of our workforce, particularly within the demanding environment of the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for employees.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing psychotherapy, medication management, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to employees experiencing acute psychological distress.

- Collaborate with HR and other health professionals to promote mental health awareness and wellness programs within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in psychiatric research and treatment modalities.
- Educate employees and management on mental health topics and the importance of seeking professional help.
