You will leverage your analytical skills gained from your BCA to understand employee needs and contribute to well-being initiatives within the IT services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and provide diagnosis and treatment plans for employees experiencing mental health challenges.
• Offer counseling and therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement employee well-being programs and mental health awareness campaigns.
• Maintain confidential patient records and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills from BCA background to understand data trends in employee mental health and suggest improvements.
• Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations.
