Psychology Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychology Teacher to join our Learning & Development team in Delhi. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment by educating our employees on psychological principles relevant to the workplace, particularly within the Analytics and KPO sector. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of psychology and a passion for teaching and employee development. This position is suitable for individuals with 1-6 years of experience holding a Diploma in Psychology or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, workplace behavior, and team dynamics.
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions to address employee well-being and mental health awareness.
- Assess training needs and tailor content to the specific requirements of employees in the Analytics and KPO industry.
- Provide guidance and support to employees facing workplace challenges, maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to integrate psychological insights into employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in organizational psychology and employee well-being.
- Maintain records of training sessions and employee progress.
