We are seeking an experienced Psychology Teacher with a BCA degree to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in delivering engaging training programs and possess a strong understanding of psychological principles applicable to a corporate environment, particularly within the food processing sector. This role involves developing and conducting training modules focused on employee well-being, productivity, and organizational behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training sessions on topics such as stress management, effective communication, team building, and emotional intelligence for employees at various levels.

Develop curriculum and training materials tailored to the specific needs of the food processing industry.

Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
