We are seeking a Psychology Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of psychological principles and their application in a professional environment. This role involves designing and delivering training modules related to workplace psychology, employee well-being, and behavioral science for our employees within the media and entertainment sector. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree is required, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to understanding human behavior in a corporate context.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as stress management, interpersonal skills, team dynamics, and cognitive biases relevant to the media industry.
Design curriculum and training materials that are informative, practical, and aligned with organizational goals.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Provide guidance and support to employees on personal and professional development related to psychological well-being.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in industrial-organizational psychology and behavioral science.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
