We are seeking a Psychology Teacher with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our Vadodara team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging psychology curriculum tailored to the needs of our employees, focusing on areas relevant to the financial services industry such as stress management, behavioral finance, and team dynamics. This role requires a unique blend of psychological expertise and an understanding of corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement psychology-related training modules and workshops for employees.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify specific psychological support and development requirements within the organization.
- Deliver lectures and facilitate group discussions on topics like cognitive biases, emotional intelligence, workplace stress, and interpersonal communication.
- Develop assessment tools and evaluate learning outcomes to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide individual or group counseling sessions as needed, adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in psychology and organizational behavior.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate psychological principles into employee well-being initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress.
