Public Relations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Manager to lead our communication efforts. This role will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining Sona BLW's brand reputation, managing media relations, and developing strategic communication plans to support our growth in the Indian automotive component sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record in public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage all media relations, including press releases, media kits, and press conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders in the automotive industry.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- Craft compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, website copy, social media, and internal communications.
- Manage crisis communication situations effectively and proactively.
- Organize and coordinate company events, sponsorships, and industry participation.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
