Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Publicist with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team at Apollo Hospitals in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to enhance the hospital's public image and brand reputation. This role requires a strong understanding of media relations, content creation, and event management within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to promote Apollo Hospitals' services and initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in Guwahati and the surrounding regions.
- Draft compelling press releases, media kits, articles, and other communication materials.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and hospital-related public functions.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public perception of the hospital, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Manage social media presence and online reputation.
- Support crisis communication efforts as needed.
- Ensure all communication aligns with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in healthcare.
