The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the public image of SOBHA Limited, managing media relations, and developing compelling communication strategies within the Indian real estate market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of public relations, media landscapes, and corporate communications, particularly within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation for SOBHA Limited in Vishakhapatnam and surrounding regions.
*Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
*Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials to generate positive media coverage.
*Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
*Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and site visits.
*Develop crisis communication plans and manage responses to potential reputational risks.
