Pulmonologist - Pulp & Paper Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pulmonologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational lung diseases and their management, particularly within the context of the pulp and paper industry. This role requires a unique blend of medical expertise and an understanding of industrial health and safety protocols. The Pulmonologist will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of respiratory illnesses among our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for employees, focusing on respiratory health.
- Diagnose and manage occupational lung diseases such as asthma, COPD, and pneumoconiosis related to pulp and paper dust exposure.
- Develop and implement preventative health programs and awareness campaigns on respiratory health.
- Advise management on policies and procedures to minimize occupational respiratory risks.
- Collaborate with the HR and Safety departments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pulmonology and occupational health.
