Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pumpman with 0-1 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic legal team in Surat. This entry-level position will support our IT infrastructure and data management operations, ensuring smooth functioning and data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and a willingness to learn and grow within a legal tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software systems.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Support data backup and recovery processes.
Help in managing and organizing digital legal documents and case files.
Perform routine system checks and updates.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
Respond to basic user support requests.
Document IT procedures and system configurations.
