Pumpman

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pumpman with 4-6 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and aesthetic sensibilities to contribute to the visual and functional aspects of our pumping systems and related infrastructure. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding and a strong design foundation to ensure efficient, safe, and visually appealing operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and visualize technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints related to pumping systems and industrial equipment.
- Develop conceptual designs and visual representations for pump installations, control panels, and associated piping layouts, ensuring ergonomic and aesthetic considerations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate design concepts into practical, implementable solutions, providing feedback on design feasibility and user experience.
- Create detailed 3D models and renderings of pump components, assemblies, and system integrations for review and approval.
- Contribute to the development of user manuals, maintenance guides, and training materials with a focus on clarity, visual appeal, and ease of understanding.
- Ensure all design work adheres to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and corporate branding guidelines.
- Participate in site visits to assess existing installations, gather design requirements, and provide on-site design support.
- Research and propose innovative design solutions for improving pump efficiency, noise reduction, and overall system performance from a user-centric perspective.
- Maintain a strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and their impact on design and functionality.
