Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Pumpman to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in pump operations and maintenance, coupled with a postgraduate degree, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities relevant to the NBFC operational environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all pumping systems within our facilities, contributing to the smooth functioning of our day-to-day NBFC operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor various types of pumps and associated equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational schedules.
Perform routine maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs, to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Maintain accurate logs of pump operations, maintenance activities, and any encountered issues.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pumping systems with overall facility operations.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new pumping equipment as required.
