Pumpman - MNC (Thane)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pumpman to join our Real Estate Operations team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-4 years of experience in managing and maintaining pumping systems within large-scale residential or commercial properties. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of water supply and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor various types of pumps and related equipment for water supply, sewage, and drainage systems.

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on pumping equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pumping systems, identifying root causes of malfunctions.

Maintain accurate logs of pump operations, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to pumping operations.

Assist in the installation of new pumping systems or upgrades to existing ones.

Respond to emergency situations related to pump failures or system disruptions.
