Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Punjabi Teacher with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Punjabi language instruction to students, fostering a supportive learning environment, and contributing to the linguistic and cultural development of our workforce. This role requires a strong understanding of the Punjabi language and literature, along with effective teaching methodologies. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree is a prerequisite for this position, indicating a candidate's strong analytical and organizational skills, which can be applied to curriculum development and student assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Punjabi language lesson plans aligned with educational objectives.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and performance evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to help students improve their language skills.
- Foster an appreciation for Punjabi culture, literature, and traditions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
