Purchase Executive / Officer | 2-4 Yrs Exp | B.Tech/B.E. | Ahmedabad

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive / Officer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies for our medical device manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, vendor management, and cost optimization, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure raw materials, components, and finished goods in alignment with production schedules and quality standards.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize carrying costs, while ensuring availability of critical items.
• Prepare purchase orders, track their status, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical procurement practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including pricing, delivery, and vendor performance.
