Purchase Executive / Officer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Purchase Executive / Officer to join our dynamic team at Gennova Biopharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, consumables, and equipment necessary for our biopharmaceutical operations, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of our R&D and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procure raw materials, laboratory consumables, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings.
3. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
4. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and manage inventory levels effectively.
5. Process purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Control) to understand their procurement needs.
7. Monitor market trends and identify potential supply chain risks.
8. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and prepare relevant reports.
