Purchase Executive / Officer

Role Summary:
The Purchase Executive / Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services for Healthians, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This role is crucial in supporting the operational efficiency of our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential suppliers for various medical and operational supplies.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including vendor information and purchase history.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.
• Evaluate supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control measures for procurement.
