Purchase Executive / Officer - Indore

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive / Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic procurement team in Indore. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) who can bring a fresh perspective to our material sourcing and vendor management processes within the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, interior finishes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors, evaluating their product quality, pricing, and reliability.

Collaborate with design and project management teams to understand material specifications and aesthetic requirements, leveraging M.Des knowledge.

Prepare purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.

Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including vendor performance and inventory levels.

Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
