Role Summary: ITC Limited is seeking a diligent and experienced Purchase Executive / Officer for its FMCG operations in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, packaging, and other essential supplies. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management and a keen eye for detail, suitable for an M.Com graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.

Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and pricing.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage vendor payments.

Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on spending, supplier performance, and cost savings.
