The ideal candidate will be a 12th Pass graduate with a proven track record in administrative or customer-facing roles, possessing excellent communication and multitasking abilities. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the purser's office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company protocols.
- Handle passenger inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and passenger manifests.
- Assist in managing onboard services, including catering, duty-free sales, and passenger comfort.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and passenger feedback.
