Purser / First Purser - Corporate (Nagpur)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Purser / First Purser with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day activities, and supporting the legal team. This role requires a BBA/BBM degree and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the corporate office.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense reimbursements for legal professionals and clients.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other corporate documents.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks as required, such as document management and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in onboarding new employees with administrative setup.
