Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA/QC Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team at Apollo Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our medical services and products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the high level of patient care and operational excellence that Apollo Hospitals is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for various hospital departments and services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., NABH, JCI).
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and report findings to management with recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigate quality deviations, patient complaints, and adverse events, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, laboratory personnel, and administrative departments, to promote a culture of quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all quality control activities, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with the latest quality standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in the healthcare industry.
