QA / QC Analyst at Divi's Laboratories Limited

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our pharmaceutical products meet all required quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and finished product testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review and analyze laboratory data, batch records, and quality control documentation.
- Participate in the investigation of deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and customer complaints.
- Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory affairs teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform equipment calibration and maintenance checks for laboratory instruments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
