QA / QC Analyst - BFSI Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge payment solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of software testing principles and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced startup environment. A Post Graduation is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects.

Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and concise reports.

Participate in the review of requirements, design documents, and other project artifacts.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Ensure all testing activities are aligned with BFSI industry standards and regulatory requirements.
