Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and a Diploma to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our digital marketing campaigns and deliverables, supporting the team in maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on various digital marketing assets and campaign materials.
- Verify the accuracy of data, reports, and campaign configurations before launch.
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues found during the quality assurance process.
- Collaborate with campaign managers and other team members to resolve identified issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and checklists.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure bug fixes have not introduced new problems.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of all testing activities and results.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in quality assurance for digital marketing.
