Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our leather raw materials and finished leather goods, from sourcing to final product. This role is crucial in maintaining our brand reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming raw leather materials for defects, inconsistencies, and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished leather products, including stitching, finishing, colorfastness, and durability.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant quality standards for leather goods.
- Perform material testing, such as tensile strength, tear resistance, and chemical analysis, as required.
