Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our growing retail pharmacy team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products and processes within our retail operations, adhering to all relevant regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for retail pharmacy operations.
Perform regular audits of pharmacy inventory, storage conditions, and dispensing practices.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and deviations from SOPs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical and retail regulations (e.g., CDSCO, Pharmacy Act).
Prepare reports on quality control findings, including trends, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with pharmacists, store managers, and other stakeholders to maintain high quality standards.
