QA / QC Analyst role in Consumer Electronics & Appliances

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our consumer electronics and appliances. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality control principles and a keen eye for detail, coupled with an MBA/PGDM degree to bring a strategic business perspective to quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Analyze product defects and identify root causes for quality issues.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
