Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our beauty and personal care products throughout the manufacturing and development processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control principles and laboratory practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Perform analytical testing using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Document and report test results accurately, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
- Assist in the investigation of quality complaints and non-conforming products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures.
