Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet stringent quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the reputation and operational excellence of our esteemed hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of hotel operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities and findings.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent quality across all services.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality assurance.
