QA / QC Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA / QC Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction and infrastructure projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant specifications and regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites, materials, and workmanship.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant codes and standards.
- Monitor and document all quality-related activities, including inspections, testing, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and control.
