QA / QC Executive (Post Graduation Not Required) - Lucknow

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our legal tech products and services, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and has a keen eye for detail, with a background that does not necessarily require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects and ensure product quality.

Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Document and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Ensure that all products and services meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to understand product requirements and testing needs.

Provide feedback on usability and functionality to improve the overall user experience.
