Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous QA / QC Manager to oversee and ensure the quality standards of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle, from design to handover, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for all real estate projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction quality, material compliance, and adherence to specifications.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Manage and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and testing laboratories.
- Identify and document quality deviations, non-conformities, and defects, and track their resolution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor project teams on quality best practices.
