Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA / QC Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and compliance of our medical devices and equipment, adhering to both internal standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in quality assurance principles and a desire to contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
Participate in the review and approval of design control documents, risk management files, and validation protocols.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and addressing any findings.
Conduct inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
Document quality control activities, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Engineering) to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on current industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting medical device quality.
