Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA / QC Manager to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably within the printing and publishing industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our print and digital publications, from initial design concepts to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control procedures for all print and digital publishing processes.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with design, editorial, and production teams to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Analyze quality data and provide regular reports on quality performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company-specific quality policies.

Manage and train junior QA/QC staff as the team grows.
