Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA / QC Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at Anyaa Health Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our programs and services, contributing to our mission of improving maternal and child health in India. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to upholding high standards in a non-profit setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control protocols for all program activities.
Monitor and evaluate program performance against established quality standards and objectives.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of project deliverables and operational processes.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance program quality.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and generate reports for management.
Collaborate with program teams to ensure adherence to quality guidelines and best practices.
Assist in the development of training materials related to quality assurance for staff and volunteers.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory standards.
