QA Team Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated QA Team Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for our cutting-edge FinTech products in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, a proven ability to manage and mentor QA teams, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the quality of our FinTech applications.
- Oversee the execution of various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, and track them through to resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Define and track key quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and FinTech.
