QA Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated QA Team Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the QA process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and services for our NBFC operations. This role involves managing a team of QA professionals, developing and implementing QA strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for all software development lifecycle phases.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development process.
• Identify, analyze, and report defects, and track them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
• Manage QA resources and timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Experience in the NBFC or financial services industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
