QA Team Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Team Manager to lead and mentor our Quality Assurance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the QA process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design and digital solutions to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation, and team leadership, with a focus on driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the quality of design assets and digital products.
- Oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and product management teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Define and track key QA metrics and provide regular reports on team performance and product quality to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product quality and release cycles.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in QA and design.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance to team members.
