Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for sports equipment.

Oversee all stages of the quality assurance process, from design review to production testing.

Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and ensure that quality standards are met.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance.

Analyze QA metrics and provide regular reports to management.
