Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced QC / Lab Chemist to join our quality control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our agricultural products through rigorous laboratory testing and analysis. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards and ensuring product efficacy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and titrators.
• Develop and validate analytical methods as per industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document all test results accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Prepare quality control reports and present findings to management.
