QC / Lab Chemist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QC / Lab Chemist to join our Quality Control department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of analytical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using various laboratory techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Titration).

Prepare reagents, standards, and samples for analysis.

Document all laboratory activities, results, and deviations accurately and in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and performance.

Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations, and participate in root cause analysis.

Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required.

Participate in method validation and transfer activities.

Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
