Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical QC / Lab Chemist with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our team in Lucknow. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and consistency of our beauty and personal care products, contributing to product development and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, quality control methodologies, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting routine and in-depth laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.

Analyzing test results, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions to maintain product quality.

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities, tests, and results.

Assisting in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.

Collaborating with R&D, production, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Participating in quality audits and inspections.

Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
