QC / Lab Chemist (Full-Time) | Nasik

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC / Lab Chemist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our quality control team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and consistency of our iron and steel products through rigorous laboratory analysis and testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of analytical chemistry, material science, and quality management systems within the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished steel products using advanced laboratory techniques and instrumentation.

Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methods to meet evolving product specifications and industry standards.

Perform routine and specialized testing to ensure compliance with national and international quality standards.

Interpret analytical data, generate detailed reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements to production and R&D teams.

Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure calibration, and manage chemical inventory and safety protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research & development, and engineering, to resolve quality issues.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in analytical chemistry, quality control techniques, and relevant industry best practices.
