Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Microbiologist with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and safety of our products by conducting microbiological testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a keen interest in quality control processes within the manufacturing and engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures, results, and observations.
- Prepare and sterilize laboratory equipment and culture media.
- Monitor environmental conditions in production areas for microbial contamination.
- Assist in the investigation of out-of-specification results and deviations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant quality standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
